“Better With JR” — 6 Week Fitness Program

Want to eat better? Feel better? Sleep better?

Join JR for 6 weeks at Davis Swim and Fitness. At the end of the 6 weeks you will look different, feel different and be different. And you’ll find out that you had the tools and strength inside of you all along. You will learn, laugh, and sweat throughout these 6 weeks!

Program will be held Sundays 2:30-4:30 in the Davis Swim and Fitness Group Exercise room.
