Lap Swim Times:

 

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 5am-8am, 9am-3:45pm, 7:30pm-10:45pm

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5am-10:45pm

  • Fridays: 5am-8am, 9am-3:45pm, 7:30pm-9:45pm

  • Saturdays: 7am-9am, 11:15-8:45pm

  • Sundays: 7am-8:45

 

Weekly Aqua Classes:

 

  • Aqua Motion: Monday & Wednesday 8am with Sheryl

  • Aqua Aerobics: Friday 8am with Yin

  • Aqua Aerobics: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 6:30pm with Donna

  • Aqua Zumba: Saturday 9am with Shazana

**Must have a pool membership to participate in aqua classes and open swim.

 

NEW! Kid’s 6 Week Triathlon Training Camp:

 

Combining swimming, running, biking & CrossFit Kids, your child will go through a 6 week program to compete in their very own Triathlon on Sunday,, November 18th at 10am

Class Times:

  • Swimming MWF 3:45-4:45 (3 lanes are open to members)
  • Running MW 4:45-5:30
  • Bike & CrossFit Kids T/Th 3:45-5:00

Private Swim Lessons:

Please contact Swim instructor below for swim lessons date and times for swim lessons. Come in 20-minutes prior to your FIRST swim lesson to register and pay at the front desk.

No Refunds: A 24-hour notice is required prior to your appointment or child’s lesson to cancel or reschedule. No-shows on swimming lessons will be applied to the number of lessons remaining on the account.

Fun & Swim 30 minute classes:

Geared for novice/younger swimmers.

$50 per session

$160 for 4 sessions

$300 for 8 sessions

Stroke Clinic 30 minute classes:

Geared for more advanced swimmers.

$60 per session

$200 for 4 sessions

$360 for 8 sessions

Alexa is currently on the UC Davis Intercollegiate Division I swim team and now is really excited about joining the DSF crew to teach swimming lessons for children of all ages. She has been swimming for 17 years and has taught all ages to swim in both private and group settings for 5 years now. She is passionate about getting children water safe and providing new swimmers with the drills and fundamentals to become an advanced swimmer. She also has experience with stroke work and dive training. She is patient and will work closely with her swimmers and move at an appropriate pace. At Davis, Alexa is majoring in Bio Psychology with emphasis in Human Development.
