Membership Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership agreement by email, please note the following conditions:
- A 30-day notice is required before your billing cycle for monthly memberships only.
- You must be the primary member on your Davis Swim and Fitness account to initiate a cancellation request.
- Cancellations cannot be processed over the phone.
Please allow up to 30 days for the processing of your cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5-7 business days after submitting your request, it is your responsibility to follow up by contacting our billing department at davisswimandfitness@gmail.com.
