Kids Strength classes format is a fun, age-appropriate program that includes a warm-up, skill development, a short, scaled workout, and a game. It focuses on developing the 10 general physical skills like strength, endurance, and coordination through functional movements, often incorporating gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, and light weights. Classes prioritize fun and good behavior, and the structure gradually evolves from preschool to teen classes, with more advanced equipment and intensity introduced as children mature. For Ages 6 – 13 Yrs. with Coach David
