Aqua Aerobics
A high energy aqua workout, targeting all the major muscles using water’s resistance to challenge all levels of fitness. The water class includes cardio conditioning, strength work, and flexibility. Aqua Aerobics increases cardiovascular fitness, strengthens muscles, and burns up to 250 calories/hour. Located in the pool area.

A full body workout using a ballet bar to incorporate ballet movements to firm & sculpt your body.
Cardio & Strength
Low impact class that focuses on building muscle, cardio, exercises using light to medium weights. This is a 7 interval training that will leave you feeling energized & strong. This class will cater to all levels of fitness using upbeat genre music.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. These types of training can be accomplished using body weight, resistance , free weight, medicine balls and steps.
YOGA/Pilates
This class combines basic yoga values & goals with a combination of Pilate Exercises. The Pilate incorporation consists of flexibility & muscle strength & endurance moves, posture alignment, core strength, & muscle balance.
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga links breath to movement with an emphasis on alignments & finding ease within the poses. Classes incorporate standing, seated, and supine positions.
Vinyasa Yoga
This form of yoga is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath. The variable nature of vinyasa yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive movement.
ZUMBA
Zumba combines Latin Dance, hip hop & traditional fitness moves that are sure to get you moving & the moves are enough for anyone to follow. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms as well as resistance training. Increase your cardiovascular strength, build upper & lower body muscles & enhance your coordination.
